Extremely Disappointed
I bought this luggage at BJs on 2/10/24. I was pretty excited about the look of it as it looked very robust. The Delsey sales tag also boasted "up to 10,000 cycles of performance testing to bring you the best in durability and quality.' Unfortunately, for me, it only made it through 2 domestic trips until its durability rendered it unusable as a corner of the luggage gave way.

I just used this piece of luggage for the first time and I am very pleased. Came through 2 flights without a scratch

Good suitcase
Very light and spins well. Wider than expected, but decided to keep it. Great color.
Large but handles stick and are awkward
I bought two 24” for a cruise vacation. Computers display color differently but the purple is not even close to what is pictured on my screen. Very odd candy type purple. I researched suitcases and this had 3 extra liters capacity than most others in the 24” range. That’s about the only thing I like about it. The extension handle sticks and is hard to pull up and down, even when the suitcase is empty. The button to operate it is indented too much. The handles on the cases are very close to the body of the case and difficult to grasp. When I lift it by the handle I have to be very careful so I don’t break my nails, same with extension handle. Very awkward and difficult function of both extension and lifting handles. If I had more time I would have returned these because of the handles, but I needed them shortly after they were delivered.
Chose a different luggage
Just came back from Trip and my Delsey spinner was cracked down the side from top corner to bottom. Luckily nothing fell out. If a suitcase that costs what this does cannot handle the airline baggage handlers it is not worth buying. My case was 3 years old, not used that many trips.
Excellent luggage
I am impressed with my new piece of luggage! This is a durable, yet lightweight piece that is very effective in my traveling needs. The color is beautiful and and has an easy to clean outer coating. The handle has a fluid mechanism that is simple to raise and lower. The wheels glide smoothly and without much effort, I am able to maneuver my suitcase fully loaded with ease. The compartments are well designed and have quality zippers and latches, keeping belongings secured. I have been complimented on my luggage multiple times. It truly performs as great as it looks. I look forward to making many years of memories with my large suitcase, it is made with high-end materials and expert craftsmanship. I would highly recommend this brand to friends and family looking to upgrade their existing pieces.

I love this delsy luggage! It is huge and fits everything I need in it including shoes, hairdryer, clothes, etc. It spins in any direction for easy use. It’s it durable and can’t withstand any airport! I would highly recommend!

One great piece of luggage.
Wow, what a great luggage. lots of room and the mesh zipper for the one side makes packing easy. Double spinner wheel makes walking with the Delsey Comete 3.0 push forward or pull. scratch resistant luggage to keep the Delsey luggage look like new.
