Great bag!

I am thrilled with this bag; can’t wait to use it. It is absolutely gorgeous, locks were easily changed and it rolls like a dream. Very spacious and has lots of pockets and an expander. The color (green) is even better in person.

Beautiful but wrong size sent

This bag is absolutely amazing! Incredibly beautiful and stylish and I can’t wait to use it. However, I clicked on and thought I was buying the large bag. A medium was sent. I called customer service and they said that they sent me the correct bag. If you read the description, from the app, if you Select a large bag, the medium one is described. My bad I didn’t catch that. I really want the big bag but now I’m afraid to order it from Macy’s because I don’t want another medium bag to be sent.. they said I could bring it to Macy’s and swap out, but I don’t live anywhere near a Macy’s. That’s why I shop online.

Product description says power bank port, there is no power bank port which is the reason I purchased this one instead of a less expensive model

bigger than permitted

Why would Delsey make a carry-on that's an inch bigger on every dimension than the max allowed by major airlines? It makes no sense and makes an involuntary gate check even more likely. Wish they'd stuck to the 22 x 14 x 9.
