Perfect Saucepan

Everything about this pan feels like it was intentional. I loved this pan as soon as I opened the box, and even more after I started using it. The lid handle is great and easy to pick up and set down, the handle of the pot is sturdy and doesn’t get hot, the pan is easy to clean and heats quickly on the stove.

I love all of this cookware. This size is great for many different things. All of this cookware heats up fast and retains a lot of heat! Best cookware on the market for induction stove tops!

The 7-layer construction provides unparalleled frying and browning while guaranteeing exceptional heat distribution and retention. This pan flat-base stability is impressive-pan won't warp when heated. It is compatible with all cooking surfaces including induction, oven and broiler safe up to 500F. This is dishwasher safe, I preferred hand washing my pots and pans.

I love this line of Demeyere, it is an engineering dream. The bottom disk is layered with copper, which is an excellent conductor of heat.Heats quickly and evenly distributes quickly. This means super effecient cooking and much more efficient cooking. I like that thought is put into the design and construction of each vessel, not all are the same makeup, it depends on the science, if you will, of what happens in the pot or pan as you are cooking. Far and above the rest.

Design and function. A super pot! I really like the capacity of this size pot. I use this for making soups and mashed potatoes and vegetables. Vegetables cook evenly and quickly and stay hot longer in this pan. I serve directly in this pan! Stunning design.
