Not jeans

I’ve been trying to find black “jeans” for years. Every pair I order comes in a khaki type material. I really like these and they fit true to size just like all other Democracy pants I love, but they just aren’t denim fabric.

Great fitting jeans

Love the fit and feel of the jeans. I am 5 Feet 4 and 118 pounds. I like my jeans to fit ever so slightly loose. I ordered the 8 petite and the fit was perfect. No hemming! Nice quality and they washed well.

Finally, a full length perfect petite jean!

I wear a size 6 petite and am 122 lbs at 5'1".The first time I tried on these jeans at Macy's they were a perfect fit. Thereafter, I ordered more online and even tried some on in store to no avail. They were all made differently. Some were too big or too long or too loose! I would suggest that Democracy have their jeans made with more uniformity in sizing. The things I love about the 1 pair of jeans I purchased was that in the petite size, the length was just right for my height. ( finally, no more high waters } Also, the bootcut is very complimentary and tends to elongate shorter legs. Best of all, these jeans have the most comfortable waist I have ever had because of the stretch and I don't have the usual muffin top. The material is soft, not scratchy, and washes nicely. I would highly recommend you go to your closest Macy's and try them on. Take a few of the same size because they all fit differently and when you find your perfect fit, you will never want to wear any other jean! P.S. If you are taller than me or have longer legs, these jeans have an inch or two of room for you, but then again, maybe not!

Nice boot cut Jean

Very nice jeans but I just couldn’t do the flared bottom, they were a tad too long for me, 5’2. I would have to wear some type of heeled boot, etc. 136 lbs, 8P fit well in the waist.
