Bad Purchase

I received this top today and as soon as I put it on the material felt scratchy. Also, the top looks dull and cheap. I really thought I would like it, but I don't. It looks decent on the model but not on me. For the record I ordered a medium. I'm also unhappy that I cannot get a refund because the top is a last act item, therefore, sales are final.
