Great fit!

These jeans have a very comfortable waistband and are the perfect length for me. I'm 5'2" 116 lbs and the size 4 fits me nicely.

Runs way too small

The pants themselves are great. The size is nowhere near true to fit. I'm 5'4' and around 148lbs. I'm thick around the middle. I have two other pair of Democracy jeans. One size 12 that is too loose around the hips and thighs, and a size 10 that's a little tight around the waist, but wearable. I ordered a size 12 in these (for comfort), and they were WAY too tight. Very disappointed because the pants were great quality. I will be returning them.

These are the best!

I absolutely LOVE these pants! I got the green! They fit like a glove and want more colors! I ordered a 4 & a 6. Kept the 4 returning the 6. I could probably actually go with a 2, because after wearing the 4 work today they stretched out a tiny bit. I'm 5'1" and 134lbs. The ankle length is perfect as they're like a regular length for my short legs! I also love the elastic band in the back of the waist band.
