I wouldn’t know…

This shirt looks so cute, but I wasn’t able to try it on. It arrived stuffed into the plastic bag, turned inside out and with the sleeves twisted up. Yet, the tag was still on. I had to unwad the shirt only to find makeup on the neck. I’d like a replacement sent, and also wonder how it was shipped in this condition. It was tried on or worn before shipping.
