Casual not polished.

This is a comfortable, soft top. Good for ‘around the house’. What I didn’t like was the look of the fabric. It is not polished looking; unsuitable if you want to present a professional appearance. I didn’t notice this detail about the fabric appearance in the online photo. I will be returning.
