Damaged in one side

It was bent in one side. I opened it few weeks later from arrival. It’s a bad experience

I bought this luggage for a 4 day trip to Barbados. When I got there the zip kept running off in return I had to put tape on the suitcase as the zip won’t zip up , since I came back I have been working so much double shifts and now I can’t return because the date has pass so now I paid 120 for luggage I can’t use or even return .do not buy my lugged had in stuff for. 6 year old nothing heavy and. It just kept running off do not buy

Poor quality materials and construction

This item arrived damaged. After inspection I could see why. The quality of materials and construction were poor. It would not held up during travel.

Wheel broke off

Bought this hard sided case for an international trip. One of the wheels broke off on the first leg! The rest of the suitcase was fine, but very difficult to maneuver it after that!

The zippers and storage spaces leave me hoping it makes it thru its first trip. Not feeling great about it.

Do not recommend.

Flimsiest hardside luggage I've ever had! Damaged after one trip and the handle doesn't even lock! I will be returning it for something more durable.

GREAT SUITCASE

I like this suitcase! My favorite thing about it is the tsa lock. I like having the bright color as well. I know when it’s mine at the baggage claim. I would purchase from this company again. Make sure you sign up for the warranty! Anything can happen!
