1/2 on the Denman Server since Macys doesn’t allow long reviews (2/2) IT WAS THE SAME DAMAGED SERVER. They delivered the same damaged item twice. The door doesn’t even open it’s jammed inside and stuck. Unbelievable. This is all on top of them asking me to reauthorize my credit card every month. Maybe if it didn’t take so long to deliver then you wouldn’t have to have me call, sit on hold, and reauthorize my card every 30 days. This is not the type of experience we would expect after spending thousands of dollars at Macys. Overall terrible experience. I would tell my family and friends that if they don’t mind sitting in lawn chairs instead of a couch and eating on a plastic table for 3 months instead of a dining table in your new home then definitely purchase from Macys Home. If they want things delivered within a few days I would recommend Living Spaces.
