I fell in love with the towel, but…

I never received them! They took my payment, never delivered the order and refunded me without an explanation or offer to purchase something else! I was hoping to get these by Christmas and just like Macy’s it was a big disappointment! Never again!

Thinner than I expected.

Little disappointed with the quality. I expected something fuller and fluffier by reading the reviews- decided to keep them since they were very attractive, but would not buy again.

Don't recommend these towels.

I purchased this recently based on reviews of the product. I am so sorry I did that because although the towels are very soft, they are small, and not well made. After the first wash, I had threads separating on the sides. Not happy at all.

Not for me

I read the reviews and ordered these for our master bath. They really aren't absorbent. They ARE soft to the touch and look great, but they are now in the guest room after only one use. Still searching for the master bath towels. (I ordered the gray and color is true gray.)
