looks used

I purchased this ornament but it arrived in a very tattered box. The cellophane on the box was completely detached from the box. There is a piece of dingy foam on top of the ornament, blocking the view of the ornament. Maybe because the cellophane is not attached. This is a gift but very embarrassing packaging.
