Shameful! Item never reshipped as promised

Was supposed to have been shipped with another item, spent 40 minutes on the phone and was assured the item would be resent. Never received. Charged for item never sent. Shame on customer service that couldn’t apparently do their job. Very disappointing.

lovely birds for my plants

I read the reviews but was still interested in purchasing these items. They are not what I expected, true but I actually really liked them and clipped them on plant poles that hold my plants in place. They are beautiful and I even ordered another set for my other plants. I absolutely love them. I plan to order the owls for my son. His wife has a lot of plants as well and I know they will appreciate these. They are lovely birds for my plants!

NEVER RECEIVED MY BIRDS ALTHOUGH I ORDERD TWICE TO MAKE SURE I MAY RECEIVE EVEN ONE.
