Long STRAPS

I received it literally in a day - crazy! I actually haven’t worn it yet. I bought it to take to work as a teacher and school starts next week. I just tried it on and, yes, the straps are adjustable; however, they’re adjustable just to a certain point and they are still so long! Do I have a short torso or something? It’s low so when I do have a heavier bag that day, it’ll really hurt my back. I’ll try my best to never bring a bottle of water in there. I may try adjusting it myself, but Macy, I wish you’d adjust it for me, free of charge! I can’t help that I have apparently a teeny torso and a bad back.
