Sun Protection, Cute style but MAJOR DESIGN FLAWS

Hat is not adjustable. Also the straps are not long enough to tie in bow, instead they are made with small Velcro fasteners that limit the ability to tie on to infants. I honestly expected way more from this pricey hat.
