WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Given that jewelry sizing—particularly for bracelets & rings—can vary significantly across different brands, I always ensure that I have accurate sizing information before making a jewelry purchase. I contacted Macy’s to inquire whether they had a size chart available for Devata’s jewelry. The customer service rep. advised me to reach out directly to Devata for any sizing-related inquiries.I subsequently contacted Devata’s customer service dept. 3 times without any response to my queries; however, one rep. had considerable difficulty providing any information regarding sizing of the bracelets. During the call, he seemed increasingly confused & frustrated. Ultimately, he stated that he would need to call me back with necessary sizing details. Unfortunately, he ended the call abruptly without taking down my contact info. I immediately called back & left a voicemail with my phone number, requesting a return call. Nearly a week has passed & I have yet to receive any response from Devata!!!
