Poorly made

Unfortunately I had to return this item. I visited a Macys store to get help to clamp the hook. No luck. The closing clamp is at an awkward position to close and I obviously can’t visit the store every time I need to wear the bracelet.

Not worth it!!!☹️

It looks really nice but after a few wears it star to look really cheap, I what to return it, I bought it online went to the store and because was more than 30 days they said I can’t 😠 I told them that I didn’t wear it like every day that was the reason why I didn’t notice before but still couldn’t return it 😡
