Do not stay clasped - lost one first time worn

While the earrings were beautiful and as pictured online, one of the clasps failed the first time I wore them. I had read that in a prior review, so I made sure that they were clipped correctly. I’m disappointed that I lost one already!

broken earring

First time I tried to wear the catch broke off… I really like them but can’t find the receipt to return… please advise as to what do to replace them preferably or get credit for their return. Thank you very much for your help..

I wore for the first time and latch was poorly made. I lost one of the earrings with in and hour. I am a long time customer of Macys and I am so unhappy with this product
