Very tiny and cheap

I bought this for a friend who ha list her dog. I was so disappointed by it. I returned it. The chain is so fragile that it would easily break. The pendant is very insignificant. Don’t buy it.

Missing pendant

This necklace arrived missing the pendant. I “chatted” with Macys, they sent out a replacement and I mailed back the necklace I received without the pendant. Per UPS tracking, the seller has moved and they’ve been unable to return the package. I tried “chatting with Macys again to explain this, I wasn’t successful. Macys still insists on charging me for the replacement, despite me mailing it back, it is not my fault the address they put on the return label is incorrect.
