More for a young woman with a small neckline

The length is too short and the chain is so thin. The diamonds are so tiny. When I adjust the length, I’m scared the chain will snap. When it arrived the chain was tangled. The longer part of diamonds flips inward and I have to adjust it often. It sits odd. I wonder if this is why it was on sale?
