The value of the necklace

The necklace is beautiful to look at and I am enjoying wearing it. However, I do not like the fact that Macy's doesn't offer appraisals for the fine jewelry. Pieces such as this must be added to homeowners insurance and an appraisal is required. I did get mine appraised and I am happy that I paid the sale price because the regular price came nowhere near the appraised value.
