Chain was not the one in photo

The pendant is beautiful. The chain that was on the necklace I received was a different one than pictured. Very thin and cheap. I will get a better sterling silver chain. Got it on sale so ima just take it!

Where is my order???

I ordered this product on Dec. 22, 2025 and it was suppose to arrive by Dec. 31 but on the UPS shipping info, delivery date is changed to Jan. 6th. I am very disappointed as it was a little late Christmas for my daughter. Not an additional 7 days late.
