Wrong item was sent.

Wrong item was sent. I ordered this bracelet twice and both times the wrong item was sent. The item I received was a 11 inch anklet that was costume jewelry. I even called customer service both times explaining the issue. Gave up!!!

Nice bracelet, chain is finer than expected

The bracelet is nice, but the chain itself is finer than I would have expected. The bracelet seems relatively fragile. I purchased it during a 50% off sale, and that price wasn't unreasonable.

Disappointed

Bought for daughters b-day in December. A diamond has already fallen out (lost). I've never had issues with Macy's jewelry in the past.
