Never got my item

I order this item early in December so i could have it BEFORE Christmas and I NEVER got my item. Tracking information NEVER updated. Kept saying on the way. Never got a. update on what was going on with my package or anything. I had to call multiple times to see what was the hold up. Poor customer service. Poor communication. Terrible experience.
