I’ll never know — was sent wrong item.

Did not receive pendant. Instead I was sent earrings which were broken when arrived. Parts on the earrings seem to have been glued and the glue must not have held. Based on the earrings quality I am wondering if the necklace would have been better quality(?) I did not pursue reordering the pendant based on what was received. To top it off the customer service desk would not accept the return, they sent me to the jewelry department, then they would not refund because the packing slip showing the necklace did not match the product/bar code on the earring box. I had to go home and call customer service to request a label. Now I have to package up and drop off. Too many hoops to jump thru on this purchase, quite disappointing.
