Inferior quality

Macys has declined in quality of their products it is so disappointing and just poorly produced. Their jewelry is abhorrent and I will no longer purchase any jewelry.

Warranty for diamonds

My wife really love these ones very nice size for the ear. Again just do not have no warranty or insurance on the diamonds. That is the biggest issue and problem right now buying real diamonds with no warranty or insurance.
