received with a diamond missing

firstly i ordered it to be delivered at a UPS location near me. they changed the location by themselves and i had to drive to a location in the city that is extremely unsafe and i would never go there otherwise. finally when i collected my ring, came home and took the ring out of the box, it had a diamond missing as can be seen in the picture. i don't know what to say. this is not what i expected from macys. Ring is a decent size though.
