Damaged product

I have never received a product from Macy’s of this quality. I was forced to return it.

Missing stones

Both identical necklaces only had 13 stones when the picture states and shows 15. False advertisement. One stone also was crooked and far off to the side. They weren’t shiny either. Otherwise, they would have been a beautiful cross to get blessed which I had intended to do.

Day 12 since ordering and have not yet received the product.

Disappointed

Was looking forward to what is described beautifully. However, it has been 10 days now and I still have no idea when I will receive it. Seems like perhaps the 4 to 6 days arrival advertised was merely a dream.

Nice Cross

Not thrilled about the chain (thin), but the cross is nice and so far the chain is holding up with daily wear.
