I Wanted to Love This Cross

Unfortunately, this arrived in a velvet-bag-within-a-box and had obviously experienced rough travels. The spider-web-sized chain was inextricably and solidly wrapped around the cross; couldn't even study the central diamond as it was wrapped so tightly. Spent 1:20 attempting to extricate the cross from the tightly-woven ball of chain, making no progress at all. Could tell it was, say, 1/3 the size expected and very thin....but that wasn't necessarily a deal-breaker. What forced my decision to return this item was the horrible arrival condition, which also contributed to my overall rating. Very disappointing,
