Be Aware of this piece!

I ordered this necklace, and never got it $1,200 from my account and the package never arrived. The real scam, is with pieces this pricey, the only customer service you can get on the phone or through email, is not permitted to refund or replace this item. I made 5 separate calls, filed 2 appeals, or so they said they did, and was denied any level of customer service befitting a piece that costs this much money. They don’t even offer a shipping method for tracking or proof of delivery so it makes me wonder how many people don’t get high priced Jewelry from Macys and never get the package or refund or replacement. October 8, 2025 and I’m still out the money with not even a qualified customer service person authorized to help me, to talk with. Such a scam!!
