Gorgeous but defective closure

These are absolutely gorgeous but the closure does not feel high quality. It is extremely difficult to get the post through the tiny hole because the hinge does not hold the post steady, and then when you do get it through, it often isn’t a secure fit and wants to slide back open. It’s such a shame because the style and brilliance of these could not be better!
