Item came used or damaged

Long time Macys customer who’s very disappointed. Beautiful earrings exactly the size and weight I wanted but they look almost like two different earrings. The one clasp opened wide open while the other side opened just enough to fit over my ear. The diamonds on one earring were either damaged or replaced as one looks more clear and full than the other. I hope they can replace them, if not they’ll be going back. VERY disappointed.
