Disappointed

Disappointed. Ring box was broken when shipped to me. Plus the ring box was too small and didn’t fit the ring. The ring was shipped to me with the box partially opened. I called customer service and requested a new ring box, the representative didn’t seem to speak English well and didn’t seem to understand what I’m asking. Took me awhile to try to get her to understand my request. She simply replied and said Macy is not responding to provide a ring box to customer. There is nothing she could do to help me. I had to accept the broken ring box as is. I would like to think that it’s common sense for every diamond ring to come with a proper ring box to protect the ring, but Macy is telling me no.
