Diamond anniversary ring

Never received ring. The box was damaged and retaped, no ring inside. Called Macy’s on 12-1 and was told ring will be replaced or money refunded. Still haven’t heard anything. I really want the ring. Please help.

Cloudy stones

Diamonds were very cloudy, no sparkle compared to the picture. My wife was not happy, so I had to take it back. Big disappointment unfortunately.
