Never purchase Diamonds from Macy’s Friendly Cente
Purchased this bracelet in February asa gift for myself. it was too big and we discussed having it sized and the clerk measured it and my wrist and wrapped it on my wrist to show where it would fall on my wrist once adjusted. I wanted to do something with the extra links and took it home. After settling in, I went to try on the bracelet and noticed a stone had fell out in the box. ( I had not worn the bracelet and tags were still attached) First thing next morning I went back to exchange . She called a manager and was told yes as long as same price. We looked to find one that I liked and same karats , less than $200 to meet same price. The manager came dow with another manager and said since I purchased warranty the bracelet was mine and had to send for repair and even though tags still on and unworn, it was mine. Fast forward to March and 2 small stones fell out and looked at it last night and more stones missing. Heart broken an worst customer service anywhere
