Wrong Item sent to me

I was sent a Ring instead of the chain I purchased and even the receipt inside the packaging had the wrong name, I really don't understand how such a mistake was made, I will be requesting a full refund and the ring looks cheaper than the chain I purchased and it's also inconvenience me as I had to go out and buy another gift

Not the one

I bought this heart back in Nox Dec 2024,it was much larger. I then bought another in Jan 2025. It was worst. The size of a dime. Thus heart that just arrived is a little larger than the last one, bigger thst a dime. I want the larger heart Ibought in 2024.
