Unhappy Online Purchaser

Macy employee sent the wrong necklace. It was lower priced but they charged me the higher price for the one I ordered. Spent half a day traveling to the store trying to get it right and still haven’t gotten the replacement. Macy’s will have to do better if they want to survive

OK but only 10k gold

Macys Diamond Heart Cross necklace: It is only 10k gold. When I bought in store I wasn't aware it WAS NOT 14k gold. It is 24mm from top of bail to bottom...NICE everyday wear size. Bail is large enough to put on your own more substantial size chain. Chain & tiny spring ring clasp is WAY TOO TINY. Diamonds are just ok. Wait for deep discount because it's too much for only 10k. LOVE THE HEART DESIGN with the cross. WISH IT WAS 14k.
