Macy’s sent me a RETURNED ring!

I’m really disappointed in Macy’s. How on earth would you send a PAYING customer who purchased a NEW diamond ring one that is USED and RETURNED?!?! I was shocked to see that the item came with no tag on the ring and no label in the box. Absolutely terrible and disgusting.
