Order canceled multiple times

I placed an order for this item and when the site showed that is was available. But 2 days later, I received an email saying my order has been canceled which shows that macys is not doing a good job managing their inventory. If an item is not available, please display it as not being available. Do not charge the customer for it, provide a delivery date and then cancel the order. Never going to order anything from Macys again!

I bought these during Friends and Family, and got an exceptional price. The diamonds are very clear. They are a generous size and the sparkle can be seen from a distance. Love love love them.

Beautiful Diamond hoop earring

These hoops are beautiful. The inside out diamonds sparkle constantly. Can see w longer hair and easy clasp that’s secure I do not have to worry about falling off. Nice size , not too big but bigger than medium, size 1 3/4 inches round . Love them ! I got them on a great sale too!

But it was just the earrings and paper box. I would like to upload the picture of earrings. But There is no option for picture.
