•12/13: Order Placed Online •12/15: Estimated Ship Date •12/18: Contacted Customer Service Told Estimated Arrival: 12/21. •12/20: Contacted Customer Service (Mary). Told me that if item does not arrive 12/21 then she will call me on 12/22. •12/22: No one called. •12/23: I call Customer Service, am told they do not know when it will arrive. They cannot help. •12/26: Send Email to Macys Customer Service (Address listed on the app and website). Get automatic reply stating email is not in service. •12/26: Call Customer Service. Am transferred to 2 employees. Receive no new information from either. The Macy's Representative eventually ends call without notice. 12/28: Attempt another email. Receive another automated reply that it’s not in service. 12/29: Call Customer Service, told unit is on back order. Cancel order.
