NOT 14 Carat

I ordered this for my daughter's birthday because it looked beautiful, nice size and 14k according to their description. it is NOT, it is 10k. when I caned the 800, she tried teeming me that I ordered a 10k....NOOO, I made her read the description. she agreed with me and said the only thing i could do is return it. I told her the description has to be changed. it is deceptive. As of today, it has not been changed.
