For what you charge for the necklace the chain should have been made with white gold instead of sterling silver.

Arrived broken and tangled

This was a gift for someone but as they opened it, it was clear that the chain was completely tangled up and the clasp on the chain was broken. They sent me a broken product hoping I wouldn’t take take the time or effort to return it. DO NOT BUY
