Horrible customer service and delivery delays

never received. Still waiting and being charged. Should never have been charged. Never want to buy diamond jewelry from Macys. Kay Jewelers and Zales are much better with customer service

Have not received the necklace

I ordered this necklace on Nov. 25, 2023 and still have not received. It was supposed to deliver on Dec. 7. I called and talked to Hanna in customer service on Dec 10 and this has not been resolved. The necklace still has not delivered.
