Stone fell out after 2.5 months

This ring is beautiful and I loved it. However in just 2.5 months one of the seven stones has fallen out. I reached out to customer service. Although there is only one phone number listed, they only address items purchased on line. Going into a store is a nightmare, there are not enough staff to address customers adequately. What a circle of chaos.
