Back Clasp Doesn’t Close Properly

DO NOT PURCHASE! The other reviews are correct with the back clasp not properly closing, which is a true defect of these earrings. The hoops will fall out with the clasp opened. When I returned I made Macy’s aware, but doubt they did anything…

Do not waste your money

Do not buy. These are terrible quality. I purchased 3 of these and returned them all. Every one had some type of pitting and red discoloration.

Poor design. Did not stay closed.

Had these one day and already lost one due to poor design. Obviously the earring did not stay closed due to poor quality. Can I return one for a refund?

Macys is selling fake jewelry

I am a platinum member and when I call the help line they were completely aware of this item being fake. Then the agent put me on hold for 25 min. Do not buy it tarnishes exactly 40 days from purchase

Tarnished

I have only had them for a few months, haven’t even worn them only in my jewelry box and they have tarnished spots all over them. A waste on money.

Don't buy

These are cheaply made. returned one pair that was not totally covered in the gold. Reordered and one side would not stay closed. Returning again.

Nice hoops

Nice weight. One of the clasps a little loose.
