Love the Pendant

The pendant is beautiful, just as pictured. It is exactly what I wanted to add to my Rose Gold jewelry collection. But the chain broke taking it out of the box... I didn't even get a chance to wear it.

The item is pretty but the quality in question

The necklace was broken the moment I was trying to put them on my girlfriend's neck. The lock that connects the necklace and the switch falls off. It was a disappointment from my end. The necklace was pretty but the quality was something we should reconsider.
