False advertising

I ordered a ring that states it will be shipped in 4-5days only to check my order 4 days later and still be in processing. When asked when it will come I’m now told on the 17th and the only thing they could say was sorry. I needed the ring before the trip to Vegas but I guess Macys messed that up for me. So if your gonna buy anything online just know that the dates they specify are lies so plan for late arrivals or order somewhere else where they honor their words.

Diamond teardrop ring

I initially bought the ring and was disappointed because it was dull and not so attractive. While sitting in the parking lot of Macy's talking when my sister in law told me to clean the ring with a soft cloth before returning. I did and out came a brilliant shiny diamond ring that I love!! I bought the heart ring and the teardrop because I couldn't decide which one i liked best. I refuse to shine the heart because I have no intentions of keeping both rings
