deceptive advertising

Said a bonus offer was included with this purchase but once the bracelet was purchased the bonus item was not delivered with the bracelet so I called Macy’s to inquire and here is where the red tape comes and the misinterpretation of the ad . So I learned my lesson … if you’re going to buy something from Macy’s get it for the item only and not for any added bonuses…. Macy’s will go out of business like Sears and JC Penny for little things like this … I will shop elsewhere next time .
