just don’t bother wasting your money

I purchased this online. When I received it, I was in disbelief. Looked nothing like what I ordered. I tried to return in the store, they said it wasn’t even real. The diamonds were testing as fake. I sent it back through online, still haven’t heard back from them.

Just say No!

This Diamond Tennis bracelet was delivered to me with the clasp nowhere to be found. I brought it back, the same day I received it, to Macy’s and they refused to take it. I had all the paperwork, the receipt, a barcode from Macy’s in order to return it however the Jewelry personal, who I had recently purchased a lot of other fine jewelry from, flat out refused to take back the defective bracelet. I’ve shopped at Macy’s since they opened on the West Coast and I have a Macy’s Platinum Credit Card. Now I’m told, through the 800 number, to send it via UPS. The bracelet itself is not something I would recommend. You can barely see the diamonds. I wouldn’t recommend this three carat bracelet.

Poor Quality Bracelet

DO NOT PURCHASE! This is the worst tennis bracelet in history. It looks NOTHING like the picture. It's poor quality, extremely small you have to use a magnifying glass to see the diamonds. They are also half clear half cloudy. Definitely NOT worth the price

Be careful buying jewelry online.

Hi! I do not recommend anyone to buy jewelry online with Macys. I just received this bracelet by mail today and I quickly returned back in store. It doesn't look anything like the picture above. Matter a fact, this bracelet that received by mail looks like it got swapped to a 1ct diamonds tennis bracelet, but was purchasing a 3ct. Even the sales associate that I returned the bracelet to, said the same thing. I initially so excited to buy it during the Labor day sale. Cant be trusted. don't jewelry on their sites. see it in person. Some times you can trust these people
