The claps is a problem

I received the box last week. The bracelet is okay, but I can not give it a 5 start because the claps is defective. I’m taking it to a Jeweler to change the claps. Not sure why Macy’s continues selling defective jewerly. Maybe they are trying to get rid of inventory? Not sure

I absolutely love this bracelet. My husband gave it to me for our anniversary. Not a week after he gave it to me did it break? I am so upset.

Damaged Goods

It was pain staking to deal broken metchandise right out of the box. To add insult to injury, the representative did understand English and everything had to be repeated more than 5 times. I returned this item and purchased another bracelet elsewhere! A number less than zereo would be appreciate for the enormous waste of time involved with both purchase and return proceedings!
